wanting to get pragnant, , I just turned 38 and I am not sure of the risk of having a baby with fibroids in my uterus the doctor told me that they are very small in size. also the risks of DS scares me. but this will be my first and Im not sure if the fibriods will effect the baby.

I dont know if fibroids effects the baby or not, ask the doctor, however do not be afraid to have a baby if thats what you want in your heart, God will only allow to happen whats going to happen. :) :) :)

I'm 38 and pregnant with my first. You can always get an early (10-12 weeks)CVS (genetics) test if you are worried about Downs.
