Worried About This Pregnancy

i am 17 weeks and 5 days preggo and i am over 35 so i have had all this testing crammed down my throat and talk of this syndrom and that birth defect.......i felt my DD flutter kicks for the first time at 16 weeks (she was my 2nd) and i have felt "something" twice with this one but nothing in a week and a half.....i have lost 7 lbs with this pregnancy (i am eating everything in sight) so that is a mystery.......and i am just worried to death about this baby i pray every day and night for him/her to move for me so i can rest easy but i never feel anything .....i am having my level 2 on wednesday this week and i am scared to go for fear of what they may say.......BUT last night i had the most vivid dream that i woke up and i was feeling pressure down there and i woke up hubby and he was trying to get some clothes on and i told him i needed to push and he just kept getting dressed and so i pushed and (TMI warning) i felt down there and i felt a head and hair and i kept pushing and reached down and pulled up the most beatiful baby with dark brown hair and the prettest brown eyes and he/she (i didnt look darn wish i had now) looked at me and started to nurse..........was that a dream to tell me everything was going to be OK??? anyone with similar experiences???please share.....

Punkin - I've sort of answered some of this on the May June thread but I wanted to say - try not to worry too much. Your level 2 is now only tomorrow and I'm sure everything is fine. Perhaps it's just too early to feel regular movement even if it is your second and you know what to expect. As we keep hearing all the time - every pregnancy is different. Re. your dream - I haven't had any vivid "baby" dreams but I'm definitely dreaming more than I ever have and they're always very active. I think it's quite normal during pregnancy and it sounds like your recent one is a good omen. Do let us know how the level 2 went and enjoy it as it may be the last detailed scan you get. ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO BEFORE I KNEW THAT I WAS PREGNANT I HAD A DREAM THAT WE WERE AT HOME AND I WENT INTO LABOR I THOUGHT IT WAS TO SOON WHEN THE BABY CAME OUT HE WAS STILL IN THE AMNIO SAC MY HUSBAND TOOK HIM AND PUT HIM ON THE DRESSER WHEN HE DID THE SAC BROKE AND THERE LAID A HEALTHY BABY BOY THAT LOOKED JUST LIKE OUR 16 MOS OLD. WE WRAPPED HIM UP AND WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. WEIRD HUH
