Im 3 montha pregnant and this is my first child I feel flutters throughout the day it started a few days ago. Could this be my baby moving?

It is doubtful, most likely gas moving around in there, but you know your body better than anyone. I've felt fluttering here and there, too. I'm not anticipating feeling the baby move until around 18 weeks or so, I think is when you "should" feel the flutters.
I am 12 weeks pregnant today, right behind you!
