14 Weeks And Sore Beside Belly Button

I am sore in a very localised spot. About 3 inches to the right of my belly button. It hurts mostly when I flex my abdomen or twist. It's not painful but it is constant. It started this afternoon. Not sure what it is. Anyone else feel this before?
