1st Time Mom Braxton Hicks Question

What does it feel like when you are having Braxton Hicks contractions? Will I know it? sometimes I feel the baby moving all around, and wonder if that is what I am feeling or if it is Braxton Hicks...I dont feel like my uterus is tightening....but I dont know that I would know what that feels like either...help?
