23 Weeks N Having Brown Spotting

Hi all,
This is my 1st post to this forum n m really looking to get some info from you all. I m 23 weeks pregnant now and I am having frequent brown spotting. I had spotting almost my full 1st trimester and it stopped ard 16th week. After my 20th week ultrasound it has started again n is not stoping. M not having s_x and also my doc keeps saying everything is fine and they are not able to find any issue. I had another ult yesterday n baby is fine and they can't find any issue. But m very concerned as it's not stopping n I don't know reason. I m bed rest since last week but no change with that to. Please let me know if anyone has any similar experience or what I should do?
