ok this may sound stupid but here goes, i just went for my ultrasound last week and the tech said the babys but was down by my hip so she couldn't see. the baby then moved and she was telling it to open its legs and within 30 seconds she tells me and my husband its a boy and points out the p__s to us. this is my 3rd child so i know what a boy looks like in the pic. what she pointed to looked too big to be the p__s and it was thick, i think she pointed to the umbilical cord. my husband thinks i'm crazy. i want to ask my doc for a 2nd opinion cause i just don't feel 100% sure of the tech. i want to know what the baby is for sure so i don't have to go return stuff when he/she is born. am i crazy? should i ask my doc for a 2nd opinion or just let it go?

I think if you feel that strongly then you should definately ask for a 2nd opinion. Your Doc cant really get upset, the next time you go in for an US just ask if she can look at the s_x again so you can feel sure...
Mistakes do happen. I had a coworker , they told her it was a girl and she had a boy......
