Almost 14 Weeks And Still Don T Feel Pg

I everyone, I am almost 14 weeks pregnant and from the beginning I had absolutely no symptoms at all. I was having cramping at times and twice now I have spotted, the first time going to urgent care and them telling me everything was fine, and the second time doing nothing becuase I did not want them to say, "we already told you you are fine". But I am 14 weeks and STIL don't feel pregnant. the peeing has subsided, I was never and still am not more hungrier than usual and no cravings. Could soemthing be wrong?
