Anyone Else Dreading Having A Baby Shower

Hi there, I wanted to know if I'm the only woman in the world that dreads showers. I'm pregnant with our 2nd, and thought I would get away with out having one....Since it's our 2nd! But, now my in laws are really wanting to throw a big one since. I had my first baby two days before the scheduled shower for him. They keep saying but you never got your shower,and I try to explain that showers have never been one of my favorite things. Anyone else dread the games and mix of all your favorite people and not so favorite people...:)

I never have liked being the center of attention, and having a bunch of people grabbing my belly is probably not going to be all that comfortable, but i'm excited. This will be my 1st and we tried for a long time and lost 2 along the way. So i'm just going to try to cherish the moments. We also need the help with the gifts because my hubby has been laid off since March! I just can't wait to fill the house with baby stuff! My showers arent till Sept and Oct.

Im also having two different showers. I am having my second also, but I did not get to have one with my first. So I am going to enjoy this one.
The way that we are doing ours is that my famiy will be at the one in July and the one in August hubbys family will be in town and it will also include our friends.
