hi i am 19 weeks pregnant. i went to the doctors about 3 weeks ago to get my sonagram. when we saw the baby we saw the umbilical cord and the nurse said she saw 3 more dots in between the legs. she said it was to early to tell but she has a feeling its a boy. i was just wondering if this has happened to yall when yall went to find out what your having.

At 16 weeks it can be hard to tell the s_x on ultrasound. Was it a nurse that did your ultrasound, or an actual ultrasound techinician? I do have a couple friends that found out at 14 weeks. With our first we found out at 19 weeks and with this pregnancy we found out the s_x at 18 weeks.

Hi....With this pregnancy (its my third) I had to go in at 15 weeks for an ultrasound due to some bleeding. While there the ultrasound tech checked everything out. Although she couldnt tell me if she saw anything wrong (doctor has too) she did ask if I wanted to know what I was having. She did tell me its still early but that she saw three "dots" or lines. She said it was a girl. I just went back for my 20 week ultrasound and it was confirmed as a girl for sure!!!!!
