Hi, I am a first time mom, 20 weeks pregnant and feel flutters, gas, rumbling & bubbles since last couple of weeks. But, not sure whether its baby or.......... My first 20 weeks pregnancy US is schedule for next week. But, still I am worried & confused, whether all these sensations that I feel is baby or just gas rumbles ? Thanks.
