Has anyone had really bad lower back pain? Mine is so bad that i can't walk sometimes, now i feel it down my leg. This is my 3rd pregnancy (im almost 20 weeks) does anyone know what could be causing it? and ideas of how i could relieve it?

i am having lower back pain 19 weeks today. Stretching helps, you can always take tylenol. When your belly gets bigger is shifts your posture.
