Bloated Feeling And Fatique

hi all, need some advice on bloated stomach. I'm 29 and having my first baby. I am now in my 14th week. At the moment, I thought the fatigue, vomiting, and bloating will cease once we're in the 2nd trimester. Seems I'm wrong, big time. Can anyone suggest how to cope with this? How to let the gas out, coz it's really uncomfy (can't sleep, can't walk/stand for too long). Any comments/suggestions are welcome. Many thanks =)

I would like to hear any advice as I am having the same feelings as well. Still tired, nautious, all that fun stuff. And I really could do without the gas. It gets so painful sometimes.

I'm 29 too and am in my first trimester (9 weeks). I have only just started feeling bloated today. Before this week I was feeling nauseous. The bloating feels really painful what can I do?

Im 21wks pregnant and feel uncomfortable most of the time. I dont think there really is a cure for it though i wish there was. Its true what they say though about eating little and often, coz if i eat what i'd normally eat i feel bloated for hours after. You could try it.

I know that constipation is a really common factor in pregnancy and which can cause trapped and painful gas. If you add too much fibre too quickly you will cause more discomfort. Over the next couple weeks try increasing fibre and water gradually to over 25 grams a day from food. That really has done wonders for me. I chose not to use metamucil, rather 2 all bran bread 2 times a day and lots of water, fruits and veggies, plus my regular foods which also have some fibre. Hope this helps.

To Brandie what do you mean you thought you could only get pregnant around your period are you saying like you hadn't too long had your period and you got pregnant?
