Hey everyone. I was just wondering has anyone had any bloody discharge? I have had it on and off for the past few weeks. I have had u/s and everything is fine except for the fact that my doc said I have a low lying placenta? I called today because it happened again and have another u/s in the morning. I am nervous and need some input, Thank you

How far along are you? I have a low lying placenta, too. I bled a lot between weeks 8 and 14. Everything turned out to be fine though. I am now 22 weeks and no more blood, but I still feel a lot of pressure down there. I go for u/s every month to keep an eye on it. My doc says it should start moving up in the next few weeks. Only 10% of all women with low lying placenta stay low. So, my fingers are crossed that everything will turn out ok- for the both of us! It is nerve wracking, especially when you read about all the complications it can cause. I just try to stay positive, which has become easier to do since recently I can feel him moving aroung in there all the time!

I am 15 weeks. It has more or less stopped but if I have a busy day it seems to start up again. My doctor has me just resting at all times and it has seemed to go away. If it gets worse I am off of work for a bit. I don't feel any pressure it just comes and goes without any other symptoms. Hopefully both of our placentas will go where they belong!!!!!!!!! This is too stressful! Thanks for the response!
