Braxton Hicks That Feel Like Back Labor

Has anyone every heard of or experienced what felt like back labor way before your dd? I am 18w3d with my 4 pregnancy and 5th baby and thought I had felt it all. This really has me concerned. Most everything I read about Braxton Hicks says they are uncomfortable but not painful. I unfortunately am in a great deal of pain in the front and the back. Any thoughts as to how concerned I should be.
