Does anyone have any remedies to cure it?? I have tried 100% fruit juice, benefiber, lots of water, and eating fruit (I eat lots anyways). The only thing they dont have on my list is milk of mag. but i dont think your suppose to take it.

My pre-natals are called Cal-Nate and they have what ever it is to prevent me from getting constipation, i'm 15 weeks and i haven't had a prob with it yet.

I have the same problem and it drives me crazy. I know that my iron supplement helps with constipation, therefore I might change those, if possible. I eat lots of fruit, but avoid bananas and apples since they do help in constipation.

Hi. I experienced it horribly for a few weeks and finally got some relief after taking a colace 2xd and combining it with citrucel tablets 1xd while drinking increased amounts of water. I was told that the colace and citrucel were fine to take. Good luck. I know your pain. It sucks!!!

As for Serenna's post, perhaps it's the Calcium in her prenatal vitamin. Does that also have magnesium in it? You actually should take Calc and Mag together for better absorption and most vitamins put them together (but some don't) and usually it's the magnesium that keeps you regular. Constipation is a tough to remedy through diet. You have to experiment with what works for you.
