Does anyone know anything about Crib Matresses? They all seem the same to me. What kind is the best to get ???

I think the firmer the better. I was told not to spend the extra money on the nicer ones. I bought one from wal-mart for $39

I was also told to get a firm one and I did but I went with a middle grade one. It is an innerspring. It also has antibacterial qualities and it is hypoallergenic. Also we went with a high number of springs so the baby would have very good suppot. It will become part of her toddler bed so she will use it for a while and we wanted to make sure it was good.

One more thing- My husband is a firefighter and he also recomended one that exceeded the fire safety regulations- not just met them.
