Fetal Kick Counts

I was reading one of the other forum questions about "fetal movements slower at 26 weeks". I'm 24 weeks & having the same concern (baby used to move all the time, throughout the day & evening... and now I hardly ever feel him move). I've heard doing fetal "kick counts" is a good check for the baby. Anyone familiar with this?

Try laying in a quiet room, lights out, and seeing if he moves.. if not you can try to drink something cold, and then try over again... the baby still has some room to move, so you might just not be feeling it yet he is moving. If you get concerned, ask your Dr. Sometimes if you think too much on it, you pay too much attention to it, you wont feel it....
