I am 22 weeks pregnant. Doc measure my fundal height today and it is just a hair under 26cm. I thought the height was roughly same as how many weeks you are. Any had this happen before and if so why?

You know when I was 19 weeks my fundal height was 20, then two weeks later at 21 weeks it was 24. So I'm a bit confused too. I just had an ultrasound yesterday at 23 weeks and according to that my son is 1 lb 4 oz. and about 7 in. So he's not a big baby or anything. If anyone can answer I'm interested also.
