Hi I'm 14 weeks and still don't have much of an appet_te. All the foods I used to love I can't eat right now, and just trying to find something to eat makes me feel sick. I'm afraid my baby won't get the proper nutrition. Is there anything I can do to change this?

My sister was the same and my mom made her chicken soup with lots of ginger in it. Just put the ginger in with the chicken while it's cooking. Then you can eat it with rice or noodles. That was one of the things she ate the most of. Let me know if that helps. You can cook extra and keep it in the fridge for a few days. If you have a crock pot, you can just let it cook and don't need to watch it and it tastes better when you cook it longer.

Hi kahla, I had the same experience as u before. Dont' worry the sickness should go away soon, my sickness went away around the 17th week, I'm 25 weeks now and my appet_te is getting better.Make sure you take prenatal vitamin, eat boiled eggs and drink milk.and also ginger might helps.good luck
