Head Spins In The Morning

I am 22 weeks pregnant, for the last 2 day I have been experiencing this head spinning feeling in the morning. Which will last for about 10 to 20 seconds.

It could be because your stomach is empty. I am 16 weeks along and have been experiencing some dizziness. My doctor told me to eat more often. It helps reduce the dizziness.

i have this problem cause i have low blood pressure if i get up quickly from lying down i get dizzy get your blood pressure checked to see if this is the problem,could also be balance or from ear infection
