I was wondering if any one else wore heels to work and if its affecting you? I wear them everyday in an office and my back and belly huet bad every morning!!! I dont know if its my bed, the heels, or just from the pregnancy...but with my other two I don't remeber this kinda pain. Please help if you know what Im talking about.

I know its not advised later in pregnancy but I'm 14 weeks and stopped wearing them last week. This is the time when back pain naturally sets in so it could just be a combonation of things.
I'd definitely not wear older ones or ones that particulary hurt your feet.
I stopped because I broke my ankle several months ago and the extra weight has been hurting my ankle when I wear heels. I am going to look into those small heeled sandals and steer clear of tall heels.

Thank you! I looked up online after i posted and found out I probably shouldn't be wearing them...i guess I need to go shoe shopping on top of maternity clothes shopping! As long as I can get some relief I will be happy!

It's not advised mostly due to a shift in your center of gravity.
I recently read something that suggested pregnant women wear shoes with about a 1" heel. Evidently very flat shoes can cause as much lower back pain as high heels. Both high heeled and flat shoes cause you to unnaturally arch your back.
