Hello all I was wondering how involved are your partners with your pregnancy? My husband and I have an 8 yr old son and expecting another boy in May but he does not seem to care anything about this pregnancy..it really makes me feel bad and I pray that he won't be this way when the baby is born. Any thoughts?

Well my dh is less involved with this pregnancy than with our first (we have a 2 y/o). I hate to admit this but i'm not as involved either. With our first it was all about the baby books and taking the cla__ses and feeling the kicks, but we're both so busy it's hard to get into all that, but i really do care, and i believe he does too. I know once the baby comes he'll be great, i think men have a harder time than women acknowledging a baby they can't see or feel. I've found that when i want something i just have to tell him, like when i'm tired and need a nap. I'm just like "i'm going to take a nap you need to watch our dd" and he does.
