I was wondering if any of you are ravenously hungry? I just want to eat all the time, I feel starved! I am trying to keep my weight steady too though, and it's tough to do when I can't rid myself of this appet_te. Tips anyone?

oh my gosh I'm the same way. I can tell what time it is by the intensity of my hunger, lol. I haven't gained that much wieght, but my tip is try to cut out empty calories, like soda and junk food. I try to snack healthy apples and peanut b___ter, things like that.I mean I don't deprive myself, if I crave it I usually eat it, but I started eating alot better when I got pregnant and now it's just second nature. Oh and eat at home too, don't eat a bunch of fast food, a normal meal at fast food has about 900 calories, but no nutrients. Good luck
