I too am 20 weeks and have been expierencing cramping. I had my 20 week scan about three days ago, and they said everything looked fine as well. My doctor said that cramping and growing pains are normal...unless you have bleeding. It is your body's way of growing and stretching for the baby. Hope this helps!

what you are expieriencing is most likely a round ligament pain, the ligaments that support your uterus which are flimsy to begin with, sometimes ache as your uterus grows. Usually only the one on my right side bothers me, it was like that with my last pregnancy too. Also as your uterus grows, you may have menstral like cramping, last time I had that in the first trimester only but this time I had it in the 2nd too. You will feel all kinds of aches that seem weird, your best bet is always to check with your OB doctor,
