SO I am due 6-18 and am 14w4d with my first baby. I am a plus size girl always have been but am at the biggest i have been, at 266... My question is 1) are there any plus size moms out here expecting #1 and if so are any of you showing... Everyone i run in to find it really had to believe that i am as far along as i say i am b/c i am not showing at all. I have not even gained a signal pound. (which the docs and i like) Is this normal, when did you start to show?

I have always been a size 12, but I do know what you are going through. For quite a while, I was only looking heavier. I really only gained about 6 lbs in my first 16 weeks. I never had morning sickness, which was a disadvantage for losing some weight! I really didn't start to look pregnant until I was 18 weeks. I'm at 21 now, and I definitely feel like I have a baby now and not just fat. I was told by a few people that when you are over weight, the baby takes a lot of that fat/weight from you first. So enjoy this time, you will start showing soon and then you can start enjoying your baby bump. I think that smaller people just start showing sooner because they have nothing there to hide the baby.

I'm bigger then you ( I was on a diet when I got pregnant as was told to stop), I gained even more since I got pregnant, and at 22 weeks, and 305lbs (I AM fairly tall) I mostly look fat. I look pregnant at the top but everything under my belly b___ton looks the same as always. I think I'm likely not going tos how at all (Which makes me sad)
