Level Ll Sonogram Showed Double Bubble Stomach

I'm at a risk of downs. In the sonogram the heart, femur, brain activity and neck messurements looked good. But the kidneys were widened and the stomach was double bubble. This could be in down's and in normal children. It could be a blockage or go away on its on. Anyone else have this? If so was your baby downs? Did the baby have to have surgery?
