Losing Some Weight Is It Ok

I was just wondering if since I had gained about 15lbs in the first 20 weeks, from not eating the healthiest foods and not using proper portion control. Would it be safe to try to maintain or even loose a couple, not alot to get back on track. I would probably do this by really watching and making sure I make good food choices and get more exercise. I was borderline overweight with a BMI of 25.1 to begin and I was only to gain 15-25 and I am already at the 15 lb marker. I dont want to be 200 by the time I give birth. Any suggestions on loosing a little safely or maintaining for at least amonth or so? I am now 21 weeks and I had not gained this past week. Due to proper eating.
