We plan on naming our daughter Lyla and the hubby and I can't agree on a middle name...our last name is Childress. Please let me know what you all think.

do you want a long middle name or a short one? I couldnt think of a middle name either so Im going to use my moms which is Lynn. Ive noticed some people are using longer middle names like Andrew. Lyla Marie sounds cute.

I love Lyla Alise, I actually brought that up to the husband and he said Alise reminds him of the mom off of Family Ties...who remembers that? He's such a dork. I think Marie sounds cute Faye but my sis-in-law gave her daughter that middle name in June so I don't want to copy her. I dont want the middle name too long either, thanks for the suggestions ladies...it shouldnt be this hard.

I love the name alise, I like a a middle name period, I really love middle names with a vowel to start.
