Hi,
I am 23 weeks and I have really bad trapped wind which is happening most at night time. Does anyone know anything to reduce trapped wind?
Also how are people getting comfy at night? I have 2 pillows for my head and one between my legs that also rests under my bump but it still doesn't do much. Any advice welcome!
Thanks

KittyKat...I would try Pepcid for the wind, as for getting comfy good luck. I am 25 weeks and I have good nights and bad nights, I did find that a full length body pillow works better for me than multiple pillows, I just wrap my body around it and it seems to help. Cindy

I'm not far enough along in my pg to be super uncomfortable yet but I know from experience that I will get there soon enough and I have been thinking about starting my search for a wedge shaped foam type pillow. Big enough to lay flat on so its like laying in a lazy boy recliner you know? I get really sore hips from only being able to lie on my sides. I am just getting to the point where I can't lay on my tummy or back for too long anymore so the search is on!
