I am 14 Weeks and 3 days. Was just curious when you guys first felt your baby moving. What did it feel like? I feel little flutters. Did some reasearch on the net and it says it could be gas. Is this true? Is it too early for me to feel my baby move? The time I usually feel it the most is in the morning and before I go to bed.

I thought it was around 15-16 weeks that I started to feel the baby move. But, like you, I thought it could be gas, too. It always happened about an hour after I ate. Sometimes it was just gas, but sometimes it was the baby I was feeling. Around 20 weeks I was able to distinguish gas from baby. And at 26 weeks, I can definately feel the difference between gas and baby! Plus, the thinner you are, the early you can feel baby. I am slightly overweight with a belly pooch, so I knew it would be longer for me to feel baby. He's kicking right now. Always in my right side!!!

My first pregnancy I wasn't sure of movement until 22 weeks. With my son, who will be months on tuesday, I knew it was him at 15 weeks. Usually mothers identify movement much earlier with subsequent pregnancies because they already know the feeling.
