My doc told me to try Witch Hazel pads, cereals with a high fibre content and prune juice. Good Luck!

I have been eating fiber one cereal, fruits, vegies, salads, lots of water, and I make myself down prune juice also. I found that if you drink a little gla__s of prune juice first thing in the morning you will stay pretty regular and i was in terrible pain also. I usually down the prune juice every two days. Good luck

After I had my daughter, the doc told me to take an OTC stool softener. I wonder if it would be safe for you during pregnancy. I can't remember the name of it though. You could try oatmeal for breakfast, it's really good for keeping you regular.
