Hi Ladies! Sorry I haven't been on in awhile. Life has been crazy busy. We are pretty much settled in to the new house now, so I can start the baby prep stuff soon.
GloriaD-I hear you on the horomonal stuff. This is my third, and it has been the worst. My husband said he can't wait for the baby to come so he can get his wife back!!
We are going for a 3D/4D Ultrasound on Saturday. Hopefully we will find out the s_x for sure this time. Can't wait to see the baby's face, I hope he/she cooperates.
Ashley-I always though week 28 was the start of the 3rd, but yeah the lines between any of the trimesters seem to move depending on the source...lol.
I will be 27 weeks on Friday. I get BH contractions here and there, but every single time I walk for more than a few minutes at a time they come on. I though maybe the weight of the uterus was causing it? All I know is it sucks, I am huge, and in full waddle mode. I am starting to get a little sensitive to everyones eyes bugging out when I say I still have 3 months to go too. Bothers me more than people rubbing the belly..lol!

I get the BH too from walking. I hope that means I can manipulate labour into being much faster by walking once it stats! :)
I too have people asking if Im sure I have over 3 months to go... I have also gotten "sneak attacks" on my belly, where Im on the phone or talking to someone and a pa__serby (always someone I know) reaches out and rubs then vanishes... sometimes complaining, "why wont it kick me"... I could, if you like....

My GF had her baby saturday at 33 wks 3d. She was 5lb 9 and looks to be OK. Mom had a mild UTI and apparently somehow baby got an infection and labour started. She was airlifted to a city as her town had zero resources for her baby... I drove up to see her sunday, baby is on a feeding tube and other than the infection will be ok. Mom is ok too.
Sure put things in perspective. Makes me more certain that I have little say in when baby comes...

So when will you ladies be moving over to the 3rd trimester board? I am only 24w1d.....
JulieK-I am SO jealous that you are already in your new house and can start setting up the baby's room - my house still wont be ready until October (fingers crossed!)
gaer - I hope your friend and her baby will be alright. Its scary to hear about things like that - it makes you feel like anything could happen. Everything could be going fine and then WHAM something bad happens. All we can do is pray that everything continues to go well with all of our pregnancies.
