I am 14 weeks pregnant and have had pressure on what I think is my cervix for the last few days. I feel it mainly when I stand up. I can't really describe how it feels - it's almost like a bubble is trying to push through from deep inside...anyone else feel that way

i started feeling that too at about 14 weeks. it felt like inside pressure sort of midway between my v____al area and my rectum. i looked online and found info that said at almost exactly this time, the uterus exerts pressure on the bowel area. i am now 16 wks and the feeling has lessened. i think the baby is moving up.

Yes, I also have pelvic pressure. It started at about 4 weeks. I am now 9 weeks. I've had 6 other pregnacies. This is #7. Never expierenced this before. I'm glad I am not the only one.It feels like the baby is pushing out of me.It is most worse when I am driving. I really get uncomfortable. After I lie down for awhile, It will ease off. Also if I sit to long it will feeel that way.And I get a feeling like bubbles popping. Weird Huh!

I myself feel the same pelvic pressure you descrive. I rest a lot as recommended by the doctor and it goes away. Although it comes back my doctor has a__sured me its nothing to worry about after doing an ultrasound. I felt better knowing the baby was ok after an ultrasound. It might make you feel more calm to do the same.

I feel I should mention that with my first pregnancy, I had intense pelvic pressure at 32 weeks that turned out to be preterm labor, and I was put on bed rest (delivered at 36.5 weeks). I wasn't experiencing contractions, or even intense pain, just a heavy aching that I did not recognize. I am so glad I went to my doctor because the pressure ended up being my son's head coming down early! So if you are late in your pregnancy and have pelvic pain, don't be shy about getting checked out! Now I am 8 weeks pregnant with my second child and am experiencing some pelvic aching and discomfort, not really pain. It gets worse when I am sitting for too long at work, or on a long car ride, and sometimes when I am lying down. For me, walking around helps. I never had this early on in my first pregnancy and am eager to ask my doctor about it in a couple of days. I hope these are just growing pains. Anyone know anything about pelvic separation?

I am 11 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing this horrible pressure in my pelvic region. It feels like something is bearing down so hard from the inside. I have no idea what it is, but tonight it actually had me in tears it hurt so badly. It also makes me back ache so bad and it feels like I'm struggling to breathe. Any suggestions?
