Has anyone else's face been breaking out since finding out they are pregnant? I typically don't have any zits. I've always had extremely clear skin. It was always a rare thing when my face had a little zit on it, but since I've found out I'm pregnant, I feel sooooo freaking ugly. My doc doesn't really want me coloring my hair, my chin in particular, constantly seems to be breaking out. It's really messing with my self esteem right now. Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this?!

ME too!!! I feel like I have a pizza on my face, and I never have before! My chin and my hairline, and my neck! Who the heck gets pimples on their neck?! It is so frustrating, but it's all the extra hormones I'm told. How far along are you?

I'm 18w2d. Honestly, I wish I could wear make-up to bed so Oliver doesn't have to look at my nasty skin right now. Of course he's awesome and tells me how beautiful I am and how he doesn't even notice, but I KNOW he's lying because even one of my students came in today and said, oh you have a big zit.... :( I could have just cried. It looks like I'm trying to be a unicorn or something but instead of a horn between my eyes it's on my chin.

I am almost 13 weeks, and I have had it since the beginning...I will be miserable if it gets worse! My husband Jason says the same thing, but it still bothers me. How old are your students?! That's pretty harsh, I'm sorry! I never used foundation before, and I started to rarely use it now because I'm afraid it will get worse, but when I go out to dinner or something...under the lights...I don't want people to stare and wonder...what the heck is wrong with her!!!

Courtney, it's a flight school, so they are adults, but many of them are international and the culture is sooo different. It's not considered rude to them to point things like that out. I have always used makeup. I actually even graduated cosmetology school after HS so I love taking care of my hair and fixing my make-up typically, which may add to why it's bothering me so much now that I have like 4 inches of new growth/roots, whatever... :( The make-up I use though has NEVER made my face break out before which is why I'm so certain it's the pregnancy. This current beauty on my chin was enough to make me hide my chin this morning when Oliver woke up and rolled over to give me my morning kiss.

Hi! im 23 weeks now and at 17 weeks I got married! yay for shotgun weddings. I have not had a break out since I was 15 and once I got pregnant I looked and felt incredibly horrible. I got acne on my forehead and back like id never had before. I tried proactiv and tho expensive it cleared my skin up in time for my wedding. Thats the only thing i can suggest.
