Okay, this is the MOST annoying symptom that I've ever experienced in the world. I had Restless Leg Syndrome with my daughter, but I didn't think it'd come back to haunt me for my second pregnancy. Does anyone have any advice to help me live with it?? I feel like I have Tourette's of the leg.... :(

I don't have any answers for you but I feel your pain. I get it when I'm watching tv at the end of the day. My symptoms aren't that bad but it's pretty annoying. I call mine "jimmy legs," like Jon Stewart from the Daily Show does.

Oh jeez, I have this so bad! Especially by the end of the day. I have found some relief in taking brisk walks, spending some time stretching my legs throughout the day, and eating a banana every day. I swear I can tell when I have forgotten to eat my banana!

Thanks guys. I look like I've got something wrong with me at work (desk job) because I get up every 15 mins or so and walk around in circles when I work nights. LOL. I even get it during the day periodically. I do eat a banana nearly every day to try to relieve it, but they don't help me all that much. :( (but they're yummy!)
