I thought I was gonna walk away from this Pregnancy without those ugly lines. But about 2 weeks ago, my husband pointed them out on my lower belly. I use the Coco Butter Lotion right when I wake up, once in the afternoon and before I go to bed. Is there anything else I should be doing? I only have like two so far and want to keep it that way. I have been watching my weight, but stretch marks run in my family. And advice? Will these go away or will I have them for life. HELP!!!!

unfortunately, once u get them u cant toally get rid of them.. one of the pregnancy things i guess. keep on applying the lotion to ur belly, hips, thighs, and b___sts. the red stretch marks will fade into silvery white lines after delivery. hope u have a safe and healthy pregnancy for the rest of ur weeks! :)

I work for a dermatologist and they advise to use Nivea Skin Cream the stuff that comes in the blue tub. I used it for my first pregnacy and did not get a single line. I attribute it to the Nivea because they run in my family big time, my mom has horrendous stretch marks along with my sisters. I hope this helps, I slather it on twice a day after my shower and then before bed.
