Weight Gain Pausing At 13 Weeks

I'm 15 weeks and I still weigh the same as my 13 week appointment..
I'm getting bigger noticably but not putting on any pounds..
is it cuz i gained 13 pounds up until the 13th week and now I'm taking a "breather" doctor said if i dont gain any weight by my next appointment at 20 weeks she'll reprimend me :S
