Oh! I'm getting really impatient I guess and want to put my crib and changing table together so badly. is 24 weeks too early to do that? I was going to wait till 28-30, but am just itching to do it. What do you all think?

STEF - girl if you want to put it together put it together - it will help you focus and maybe not worry so much....lol- I saw one at a yard sale this weekend but I decided to hold out the changing table was a little rough not being very old.

Well ladies I guess that baby is coming out somehow no matter how big!!! I have seen some tiny women give birth to some big babies, so only time will tell. I've been watching Birth Day on TV when I get a chance, and I think alot of it depends on the person. Some women handle the pain & stress better than others. It's still very scary to someone who has no idea what to expect - ME ME! Hillary - I feel all kinds of movement - sometimes hard, and sometimes very light. I have often felt repet_tions of movements that I would guess would be hiccups - they say you can feel them & even hear them if you have a doppler. Hope this helps?

HI everyone. ive been down sick the few days i just cant seem to kick this cold. i hope everyone is well. i have a question. when we get to the third tri do we all go to that thread? its gonna be here sooner then we all think. a couple of us start our sixth month this friday!!! OMG im getting scared. i dont know what im more scared of the labor and delivery or the bringing home a newborn. anyone else going thru the same fears

quick question i know its probably been asked.. but what week is 6 mo. and when does ur 3rd tri start???

ok as far as i know 6th month is 24 weeks. and we start our third trimester at 7 months which would be 28 weeks. i could be wrong about the weeks part. hey i have been wrong before. lol. just dont tell anyone.

Morning ladies. Kolleen - sorry to hear your still sick, I think it's going around like the plague. I'm right with you on the scared part, it can all be very overwhelming. I try not to think about it too much, I could drive myself insane. We all know it will be hard but I know it will be worth it!! Stef - If I had all my nursery stuff I would've already had it up!! I couldn't stand looking at all that cute stuff and not putting it together - if you can't tell I have no patience. lol. If it's something that you want to do then go for it, and be sure to post some pics of it so we can see. Julia, if you go to i-am-pregnant dot com you can enter your due date and it will give you exact dates for every trimester. Tina - I want you to know that everytime I see one of those gooey delicious brownie commercials, I think of you!! Haha.

tina-thanks. heather- yes we were big babies lol i know i love the photo too....precious- so sry to hear about ur dh. i know how that feels thats happened on my end a time or two also. not recent not in the past 2 years. but before that. but i know the pain we can talk on myspace if u want about stuff =] im here for u babe. as for the prenatals no worries my doctor inst having me take prenatals i take the flint stone vitamins (they are good; u can take them u wont get sick i promise; thats why im on them. just make sure its 500mg of folic acid in them) hopefully that helps you. STEF- thanks. i love that photo too. hehe. she was kissing the belly when the photo was taken she moved her head. lol so its still way cute i love it. (third trimester starts at 27 weeks 1 day my doctor said; but they have there own thoughts on it all.

Yep, like Kendra said, I was told 27 weeks 1 day. SOON!!! We'll do like we did when we moved to 2nd tri I think. The first of us to "cross over", lol, will start a thread on the 3rd tri board and anyone that wants to come over go ahead and come. I think at this point in the game it's no big deal to just hop over to the 3rd tri even if you are acouple of weeks away! I hope it relaxes me a bit more to make it to that point. I feel like I'm just twiddling my thumbs here, ha ha. QUESTION! Can any of you explain what it feels like to get kicked in the ribs? I've never had a baby before so I don't know what to expect, but last night I had what I thought might be it. I'm doubtin it because I don't know that she can reach that high, but it was a few times middle of the night when I got up to pee (right before and during) that it was a sharp pain at bottom of right ribs. Quick and sharp and then I could have sworn I felt a bump right there that might have been a body part and then it was gone. I was half asleep though, lol so who knows?

heather thanks for that site I hadnt' seen that before I did print a pregnancy calendar from just mommies dot com minus spaces. STEF - you will definitely know when your baby kicks you in the ribs it hurts like hell and can even feel like a bruise that you can't see - but she can in fact get that high - Megan has been right in my ribs and I have to move around alot to get her out - it's awful! yeah girls we started the third tri at 27 weeks one day and when the first one goes (which might be me) WE ALL GO - like backdraft - you go we go.....lol geez I crack myself up this early - Kolleen - stay rested and I hope you kick that cold soon! Tina - yes we are following you- you can't get rid of us!!! lol. Stef - it sounds like lil' Ava just may be kicking her mommies' ribs, I haven't felt this yet but I'm sure it will happen in time. 3rd tri. is coming up fast, pretty soon we'll all be having our baby showers and then the wait will begin to see who goes first. I can't wait to see everyone's lo's.

oh gosh I know! The last trimester seems like it may be the most uncomfortable, but the most exciting!!! Julia, I'm getting bouts of nausea again in the mornings and afternoon again. I don't know if it is mainly when I am about to eat or not. I'll have to try keeping food in my stomach more often and see if it still happens. Well, I moved a couple of things that I've been meaning to for a while and now the half of the room for the baby stuff is set. All we have to do is put the crib and table together then I can store stuff in them until I hopefully get the dresser that goes with the set. I may start doing it myself because Jessie is awesome at putting furniture together, he's just a lot lazier than I am, lol.Once i get my mind set on something there's no stopping me ;)
