Good afternoon ladies....not doing so well over here...figures my first day off...and I am not feeling well. Meant to post earlier about pics I posted, but was too busy laying down trying to not get sick. I added a whole bunch more pics to my site. The links to the right of the page contain alot more pics. Okay I am 28 my son Brandon is 12 and my daughter is 10. Now the wee lil one is my favorite niece in the whole world Shhhhhh......... And she is now 2 1/2 yrs old. She is just as adorable though! I have more pics of her too I should probably put the ones of her smiling and laughing as a baby! And my puppies are now just over a year old. They are sisters from the pound and they are german shepherd mixes w/ a somethin! :o) Their names are Taz (Brown) and Chaos (Cream) We love our pound puppies!

Hey that's way cool! Very cute pics. Do you live in Alaska?? I ask bc of all the Alaskan Huskies. They are so very adorable and we almost picked one up last week at the pound! But we decided that 2 big kids 2 dogs and a baby on the way is enough. Its hard enough feeding us alone another dog especially with 2 car pymts and a mortgage! Thank You Jess I love my fam so much! I'll have updated pics w Steve too! I have 3 of him on my computer but hes sleeping in bed and they are'nt good pics either so....oh well another time! When will you get yours up?? I think you and Cinshon are the only ones left oh.... Besides D! D I saw all your babies (Hedgehog so so cute I wish I could have one here in Cali.) When will you get pics. of yourself and also are you a photographer bc on the other page it had excellent pics of flowers, sky and ocean. They are all very beautiful! lol Steph...no I dont live in Alaska,,,I live in Alberta, Canada, all though I am sure in the heat of the summer this year being pregnant I will be wishing that I did. I bred Alaskan Malamutes for the past 8 years, we only currently have 2 adults...which have now been altered. Since we decided last year to start our human family, I gave up breeding Alaskan Malamutes. Too much time and money. And heart ache, It was really hard parting with all my babies when they went to their new homes. Anyhow....on to a different subject... I just came home from the dr's office, and I officially hate Fort McMurray and our health care system here. I went and requested a requisition for blood work to have my hcg levels checked, seeing as that since I have been pregnant I only had one blood test, and I have only been to the dr once. Dr never told me to rebook another appt or anything like that, just to expect my referral forms in the mail for my u/s appt. I went to a dif dr tonight, got the requisition for blood work, and he asked me if i had had a prenatal check up yet, as it wasnt in my file. I looked at him like huh? And said ummm no....and he just shook his head. He scheduled me in tomorrow morning, for pap smear and all that fun stuff.... can u beleive that? The first dr wasnt very on the ball I'd say....

Boy what a busy day. I got my taxes done anyway. I'm getting back $558. Yaaaay. I'm really worried about wether something will be wrong with my baby also. Fear of the unknown has always been a big thing for me, and with pregnancies a lot is unknown because you can't see anything reallly. All I can do is hope though I guess. After they do the blood work at 20 weeks to see if the baby has downs or spina ambifida(?) or anything like that if it comes back negative than I will move on to worrying about preterm labor. Pregnancy is so full of worry. It gets tough sometimes. I was out shopping today and I saw all these tiny little shoes for babies and I was like AWWWW. :-) I know I shouldn't be looking yet but too bad. I am getting excited. If something happens this far into it I don't know how I will deal with it.

ya rb..I definitely know what you mean...when is it that you go for yours? Or do u know yet? I am counting down the days until my u/s on the 29th.

I can't figure out why you all think I'm so calm! I get pretty stressed out. But my psyche can only take it for so long. So I go into a mode of just dealing with things as they come my way. Maybe its just denial.... I can't figure out why my mom had two kids when she felt like I do with me! I don't know if I have the nerve to go through this again! Anyway... how are you girls this morning? I guess most of you aren't at work yet... My appt is in 30minutes! YAY! then I've got to race to the post office, and race home because they're pouring the concrete in our garage today & my husband and BIL are putting on the roofing. Yippee! All we have to have after that is doors, then I can start clearing all the garage stuff out the baby's room! So far, know how much preparing I've done for this child? Zero. Nothing. I've even hidden all my pregnancy and childraising books. And I'm 1/3 of the way through the pregnancy. I told you I'm in denial! Well, I hope someone is there, or I'll just have to talk to myself like Misty.... :-)

Good morning all. Hope we all have grrrrreat days today. hehe. (frosted flakes) Hope everything goes well with your appointment D. I guess worry is just something that comes along with being pregnant. But it comes in spurts and the wonder of having a baby generally tends to be stronger. Just think, in only 5-6 months you are going to have a little being out there that you can look at and say, "oh it has my eyes! It has your ears!" And they are so tiny, looking at shoes for whatever silly reason always gets me excited. When they are born they are just so pure, no bad thoughts or anger or anything. They are perfect little people that need you for everything (that part gets a bit annoying). :-) I do worry about things but I just hope for the best and try to not worry too much about something that I can't control. I've got this little person in me and they are already going to do what they want to do wether I like it or not, I'm just along for the ride. I am so glad you are all at the same basic point as me though. It is so helpfull to have you all here. Oh well,I have to go to work. Again. Hehe. I will see you all tomorrow probably, I won't get off 'til about 10 or 11 tonight. Long day. Enjoy yourselves today ladies.

Good morning ladies!!! I have mr doc apointment today and you guys need to wish me luck. I am hoping I can find out something cool for this u/s. Like if thy are fraternal or identical (cross your fingers for identical that would be neat) So yeah I have to leave here in like an hour and a half so I am here for a little bit.
