They say this summer is supposed to be over 100 almost every day. Texas heat is humid and sticky and just plain miserable. It starts in may and goes all the way to september. (sometimes december) llukenjess-no its for all the abbreviations that people use on these preggo sites.

llukenjess- yes, I've heard of West Milford...my husband has a client there or something and I worked in the the Pa__saic region of my company before I transferred. I'm from New York and moved to Jersey a couple of years ago when we got engaged. My hubby grew up in Englewood. Englewood hospital is where I gave birth. Small world! I saw the website you got for the explanation of benefits...that should be helpful to you...I forget where I posted it, but I responded to you saying exactly what NJ does for maternity leave...not sure if you saw it, but it should be helpful as well...

I LOVED the shorts, flip flops and cute shirts last year. I had to dress professionally though, so I had few outfits like that. This year I don't work so I hope I can finally wear some cute clothes...I forgot about the humidity, I HATE that and that is worse then plain heat, sorry you have to do that

Hi girls! Hope you dont mind if I join. I am due September 25. We are really excited, it is our first. Most of my symptoms are letting up now, so its been a good couple of days. The sleeping thing is not changing though...have a awful time sleeping, cant get comfortable, and then if I do I have to run to the bathroom yet again....I love every minute of it though. :)

Hi Casey! Welcome. Im due Sept 1st, so I think Im the furthest along here. I know what you mean about having to pee all the time! Ill be 16 weeks in a couple days and Im still having to go every hour. I thought it was supposed to let up by now!

Hello ladies I have been away for awhile. I hope everyone is doing good? Hey elizhope are you showing yet? I don't know if you remember but I am due on the 3rd. I am showing but I am still in my regular pants but not for long. Is anyone else showing yet? I also thought the whole peeing all the time goes away at least for the second trimester. Oh well, I pretty much pee every two hours but actually feel like I could go every 10 mins. Does any one's back really hurt? Just curious because this is my first and my back hurts so bad sometimes. I have a very physical job and I know that is the main reason it hurts but this is just awful. I am not sure what to do..My doc has prescribed me pain killers but I don't like to pop pills but some days I have too. Well I hope everyone is well and doing great.

Hi Ladies;) Hope everyone is doing well, i havent been on here for a while due to a busy schedule! cause i have been feelng better from m/s so i had alot of catching up to do!!!! my spare room floor was covered in dirty laundry lol.(not enough room in the basket!) Well i have a new obgyn now she is very good and this week i will be having some routine tests she said the baby was measuring at 14 weeks (when i thought i was 13) so i am just curious if my last period ended december 10th what day would i have ovulated? anyone know? The baby is getting bigger, but i am still losing weight i went down from 74kilo to 69 in 2 months, so this week the doctor said my main job is to eat something small evry two hours. also she said i should have an easy delivery because i am tall!!! that was good news! I am thinking about a home birth. any of you ladies considering a home birth?

Happytobe, im sorry about your back ache , can you take breaks often? if i work all day on my feet i have backache as well, i find a ma__sage and a heating pad ease it. i have started to show a bit but im tall so its not so ovious, only to me. my friend has had 5 children and she is now due with her 6th on the same week as me , she is already very obviously pregnant, we were comparing bumps, she totally outdid me! The thing is i really want a bump! so yesterday at the mall i decided to stick my stomach out as i walked along. My friend is an arab lady who got married at 14yrs!!!!!! she had her first baby at 16 now she is 35 and expecting her 6th child. hi Renae ...you are due the same time as me, lavender theme sounds beautiful!

oh yes i forgot to say, i had a v____al ultrasound and the babys body parts are more easier to see and the baby opened its legs and we definatly saw something smal hanging down so the doctor said she is 70% sure its a boy but will know for sure in about 3 weeks!!!

Hello everyone, I am 14w today and still got morning sickness and still tired, but thats because my 6.5 month old has been fussy. I lost 8lbs since being pregnant, I am definately showing, its cute cause the weight I lost was definately stomach weight so I got a small belly, I look huge still only cause I had my daughter not so long ago. AMYSOPHIE-I wanted to do a home birth with my daughter, and I would rather be home then at the hospital except the whole not getting an epidural. I always wanted to do it natural but after getting induced it messed with me so bad and I hated it, and caved. Now I won't go back lol

Thank you Amysophie! Wish they would move me up a week! lol I've been thinking about your bump comment... I thought I was showing, but now I really don't. It's kind of weird, like I lost my waste, but you still cant tell I'm pg! I keep trying to lay down and find where my uterious comes too...I think it's just above my pelvic bones... is that about the same for you? (or anyone else at 14 weeks?) I have my doctors appt on Thursday, and can't wait...I feel like I just need them to tell me everythings ok. I ordered a dopler just so have at home... cant wait til it gets here. Well sorry, I think I'm just worried things arent ok, since it's been so long since I've been to the doctor, been tired and depressed... and really, really just want them to say, quit being silly, everything is Great!!!

hey happy! Im not really "showing" yet, but i havent been able to b___ton my pants for about 2 weeks. i think i just look kinda bloated and i have lost my waist. But hopefully soon i will look preggers instead of just fat! :) we find out tommorow if its a boy or a girl! we are soooo nervous! my back only hurts when i drive to and from work in the car. (its an hour each way)

I FIND OUT TOMMOROW IF ITS A BOY OR GIRL!!!YAY!! Well, if the baby will cooperate and let us look! :) Wish me luck! Im hoping for a girl although we have already been told most likely it is looking like a boy.But all I really want is a happy healthy baby!

Elizhope...so? pink or blue? anyone feeling really tired? The past few days I am crashing out so early, i'm like a zombie by 8pm (doesn't help when I have to work late)...Easter is going to be so busy for us...oh well, i am starting to show as well...I didn't think so myself, but other people are noticing...and I caught my profile in the mirror today, and yep...got a belly...lol...I have been pretty much wearing my maternity clothes since I got over here, b/c I didn't have enough room in my suitcases to pack two sets of clothes...and maternity clothes in scotland (at least in the boonies) are non existent...so at least i'm starting to fill them out...anyone feeling movement yet? i'm 14 1/2 weeks at the moment, and have felt movement for a little while...sometimes nudges...and sometimes a wierd flippy feeling (sorry can't give a better description)...anyways, have a super week, i'm going to try and catch up again soon...but the Easter bunny has me working overtime :-)
