Anyone Else Have Heartburn N Constipation

i am 19 wks with my fourth pregnancy and third baby .........am i the only one who gets heartburn eating anything........and constipation??

No,you aren't alone,I am 25 weeks pregnant with my second baby,and I have both.ugh.My doctor lets me take zantac 75 and it really helps,I absolutely hate Tums,which is all I took with my daughter.As for the constipation,I have been trying to eat more fruit and whole grains,it seems to be helping some.

I'm 16 weeks and 3 days and I've had horrible heartburn and constipation, since I became pregnant. I keep tums on me at all times. As far as the constipation, keep your self hydrated and eat more fruit. Also, try some of the fiber poweder, the kind you put in your water. That helps a lot.
