I'm feeling more irritable than usual, particularly at work. In turn i worry if this would affect the baby as the old wives say your mood will shape your child's disposition.
I"m trying to take things easy but with work pressure and stress it is hard to avoid sometimes.

Just do the best you can. Being pregnant can really suck sometimes. Try to take a deep breath before you react and see if that helps. Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep and don't be afraid to take some Tylenol PM now and then if you are having a tough time getting to sleep. Don't pay attention to the "old wives tales", if they were true, our 29 month old would be crazy and bouncing off the walls. As far as work goes, try not to take the stresses of the day home with you. Do you have the ability to treat yourself to a weekly ma__sage. Maybe in the middle of the week after work, or on fridays when you get off? Also, don't be aftraid to ask for help when you need it from friends and family. I am really sorry you are having a rough time. I am a stay at home mom with a little girl who is almost 2 and a half, and believe me, I have my days. Sometimes I just want to cry and crawl under a rock. Recently I hired someone to come to my home and help out with chore and entertaining our daughter one day a week, and my hubby rearranged his work schedule so he could be home early 3 days a week to take some of the load. By the way, how many weeks are you? I will be 37 weeks on thursday.
