Actually talked to my friend last night whose wife is due like 3 days after me and they are using Mason! Dammit! Just kidding, but its just crazy to me bc it seems to happen so much with names around here!

Hi Everyone, I haven't posted to this thread in a really long time. I am currently 19 weeks and we had our scan last week. The baby is very healthy but wouldn't let us see if it is a boy or girl. We were able to get it to move but then the cord went between it's legs. Luckily, my doctor will do u/s at the drop of a hat and I have another one scheduled for 4/9. I have a feeling this one is a boy. I already have a 2 year old boy so I think it would be really cool for him to have a little brother to play with. Of course, I also want a little girl to dress up! :) elizhope, I live in the Dallas area - what part of Dallas are you in?

Well, I'll be!!! I was 100% sure either Hopeful or SB200 was gonna have a boy. At least there are some newcomers to even things out! Boodah, I like Emma Jean and Jack (my cat's name is Jack, so I'm partial). I am feeling a lot of pressure to bring up the blue side. I did have a dream last night it was a boy, but in that same dream I had beetles crawling out of my netherregions (don't ask, because I don't know!) SB200, I was worried about you yesterday when we didn't hear for so long. I am so glad everyone has healthy little ones growing inside of them! And that anterior placenta explains a lot huh! Welcome newcomers! Goodness, more lives to keep straight in my as-of-late-horrible memory! Bear with me! Elizhope, I live in San Antonio, Tx, so you are pretty close to me. How did they s_x the baby that early, I am curious? Bebe, I had my first at 18 and I am 25 and pregnant with my fourth, so don't worry about the age thing. SB200, I wonder if you can post that video on your Myspace or Youtube or something so we can see (P.S. I think Olivia Grace is a very beautiful name) I am so happy for everyone. Only 4 more days for me. I'm trying MommaM for a buddy for Mason!!!

Morning Ladies!! Welcome to al the newcomers!! Great to hear from you!! It does help even out the pink/blue teams!! lol I still can't believe it is our postings! I remember looking forward and reading other months boy/girl news and just praying that I would get there!! And it is here! Whoo hooo!! Ekay your dreams sound as screwed up as mine!! WEIRD stuff in those dreams! I was trying to hurry home yesterday,because I didn't want you guys to worry, but I live 45minout of the city, so it took awhile! I watched the video twice last night!! I love it! I would love to post it on my space, but I dont have the first clue how to do that! I can't even figure out how to look at my comments board, or even if I have one!! lol, if anyone has some technical advice I would love it! Only a few more days left for you ekay!! Come on buddy for Mason or maybe another girlfriend to choose from! Do you have a gut feeling what it may be?? I was pretty sure that I was carrying a girl this time. The first one I am pretty sure it was little boy that I lost. Funny thing that intuition. The anterior placenta makes me feel a whole lot better about the kicks not feeling really strong, since I saw her bootkicking me like crazy in there and what I felt was nowhere near what I think it should have been. But she mostly kicks right into the placenta. I am sure that when she gets a bit bigger, I will feel them more. Oh and a update on hubby. Sounds liek they MIGHT get a few days off this weekend if all goes well today, but then they are back out for another four weeks. UUHHHHGGGGG> Why did I sign up for this?? I will be over six months pregnant by the time he comes home. Ok, sorry, my pitty party is over - thanks for listening!! :)

Hi SB200! You sound like you are on cloud #9!!! I am so happy for you! Have you at least been able to tell your husband? That's probably a dumb question! I hope he gets to come home this weekend, my husband stayed at our friends house night before last because he was working kinda far out of town and I missed him so much-I can't imagine 4 weeks! Course, sometimes I think we'd have a much better relationship if he was gone for weeks at a time! (That was a joke.....kinda) Anyways, I feel girl and hubby is dead set on boy, so we'll see. The baby has been kinda quiet the yesterday and today as far as movement. Makes my little mind wander and worry , so needless to say, my batteries are running low on the doppler! Maybe he/she is resting up for some serious kicks over the weekend! Can ya'll believe we are HALFWAY cooked!?

MOMMA-Thanks for the info on the dove stuff. Everything I use is dove. Im gonna check that out today! BOODAH-love love love the name Reese for a girl. we would have that in our top 5 if it went with Kay a little better (our last name) SB200-how are you seeing peoples sonograms? LESLIE-we are due around the same time. Technically my due date is sept 1st, but ive been measuring 3 days early so often i think my due date should be August 30. I just found out this week that im having a girl. Ive gained 9 lbs total according to the doctor, but when i weighed myself at home it was only about 5. So i think i was wearing heavy clothes. HEATHER-I had been living in Las Colinas for years and then a few months ago my DH and I built a house in Keller. So now we are closer to Fort Worth. Where in dallas do you live? EKAY-My sister in law and parents in laws and my Aunt/Uncle and cousins all live in San Antonio. We are there ALOT!! They can tell the baby's gender by 15 weeks if its a good u/s machine and the baby cooperates. Our little one was sleeping, so we are going back next week to confirm, but the pics she printed were very much a "hamburger" shape. Its gonna be sooo hard to pick a name. We had already chosen one if it was a boy

Ekay I am very excited!! It was so great and sucha weight off to see that little one in there kicking me and moving. Now I am really leaning towards a 4d one! I ahven't told dh yet what the s_x is, he real;ly wants to come home and watch the video when I tell him. So I hope that he can get home this weekend. I can't wait another month to tell him! No way! I bet baby is resting to give you a good show this weekend!! And no, I am having a hard time believing we are "Halfcooked!!" I love it! Eliz- I looked at her sono on her myspace page.

Morning everyone... There sure is alot going on, on our board and look at all the newcomers... Every exciting. I guess I should be happy they came now there are some more blue to even things out... I am off work today and trying to decide if I want to go shopping. It appears to be a pretty day outside but Im not even sure where I would go. I just want to go...lol. Thanks for all the good talk about the name mason.... I love it. we knew we wanted that name before i even got pregnant... Jeremy picked out the next childs name last night...lol. he said he would like a payton lane. Which i love love love the name lane... So i guess we will see. He said ;ast night that he wants 2 more... i was kinda shocked.... our first isnt even here and u want 2 more...lol. i guess its alot easier for a guy to say that when we do all the work....lol well i guess off to the shower i go and shopping somewhere....lol

Have a great day shopping momma!! I think I am going to sneak away at lunch and go for an hour too! Lane is a great name for a boy or a girl! I had a cousin named Lane - he was my best friend growing up. I always loved his name. Funny thing, I am already thinking that I want another one after she is born!! I think now I have officially got baby fever! I am sure I will want a break once she arrives and steals ALL of my time.!!

Okay Elizhope, I just sent you a friend request! Sb200, I am self employed so I don't know what holidays are. All the word 'holiday' means to me is I get to work later because my son is out of school and goes to the sitter! Oh yeah, forgot to tell ya'll, I told my dad yesterday I am pregnant. He said "I'm sure that's what you wanted. Congratulations" Whatever the hell that is supposed to mean. Oh well, it's a weight off my shoulders. If the crotchedy old man wants to be part of my kids life, it's up to him.
