I would imagine they do that just to keep us wondering and paying close attention to them!! lol!! You said it... little stinker!! My big stinker hasn't decided to let me feel those alien like moves YET!!! I tried to have a talk with him/her last night and tell them I was getting impatient, but so far she/he has decided to ignore me!! I know where it got that trait from!! Being stubborn is my specialty!! Idol this year is good, but then again I say that every time, I would love to be able to carry a tune even a quarter as good as any one of those contestants!!

Hi girls. I hope everyone is feeling good. i really enjoyed my day off yesterday. I was able to get so much stuff done. I have to say i haven't watch 1 episode of american idol ever...lol I like shows like rock of love and stuff like that.... brett micheals isn't my generation but he's a hott old man...lol. I haven't felt much lately just some movements everynow and then... but I am sure I will be getting the worst punches. My husband is 6ft 9 and I'm 5'4 so I kind of predict we will have a tall child because besides me and my mom everyone else is over 6ft. So I may have a tall/long baby...

ooh ladies, you missed a good american idol last night!!! dreads guys was incredible! I made my hubby rewind dvr so I could see him again, he sang one of my favorite songs!!! everyone (except for that luke guy) was really good.

Wow momma you do have some height in your family!! You just may have a long babe!! I wish I kind of knew a bit more of my history, but both me and one of my brothers were adopted a birth and I don't know a whole lot about the genetics of my brith parents. I have found both of them, but my birth mother is really an angry lady and unfortunatly she directs it towards me(who she has never met and only written a couple letters towards - long story) and doesn't want to share any of her pregnancy info with me, so unfortunatly I don't know if there are any medical concerns that should be aware of that run in my background or not. And my birth father is great and I talk to him lots, but he was only 16 when I was born and wasn't allowed any ifo about me or my pregnancy time back then and didn't even know if I was a girl or boy, so he is not alot of help either! But at least I know what kind of genes ruin on his side of the family. But I do have a full birth brother as well who is a year older than me and we are trying to find him as well. Wow, anyway, I totally went off subject and rattled on and on... there you guys know a little more about me!! :) To sum it up, I wish I had more background knowledge of things to maybe expect during my pregnancy. Oh well, it is all a suprise!!

What days does Idol come on? I might try to catch an episode so I can be in the loop. Well, at least I'm not the only one with sporadic movement, MommaM. I can feel rolls right now, but yesterday was insane tapping and bouncing. AND I know how you feel-my husband is 6ft5in and his dad is 6ft8in. I am 5ft7, so a bigger baby has more torso space on me than you, but d__n! 6ft9in! That's gigantic! My babies were all 21in-22 in long and the biggest was 8lbs14oz, so bless your heart!

I know.... My husband played football, basketball and track in hs and he would liek our kids to do the same... So when I joked with him one day that wouldn't it be a shame if our baby came out my height. ( my thinking long term growth) his thinging was being born 5'4 he was like i can handle that... lol... i guess it was pregnancy brain...lol. So I want to know how you guys meet ur DH's.... I'll start. I meet jeremy when I was in 6th grade he was cousins with my best guy friend and we dated but he lived to like 45m away and either one of us could drive so we broke up and i didn't talk to him for 11 yrs and one day he found me on myspace and was like do u remember me and i was like of course... u dont foget too many 6ft9 men... and he asked if i wanted to meet up and hang out so i said yes and we went to dinner and i rememeber he gave me like a 2 minute long hug and we started dating again and have been together ever since... so he was my 1st and last bf ever... I think it's sweet.....

well, top this! i was 10 lbs, 7 oz at birth and now are 5'9". hubby was 9 lbs, 13 oz and is 6'1". so if I'm not destined to have the biggest baby I don't know who is!! yikes

oh momma - that is a awsome story!! I love it! I had just gotten back to Canada from living in Australia for a few years, for my brothers wedding and I went to a friends hometown with her to move some stuff from her parents place. Of course we figured we had done enough work,so we pitted in at the local bar and ended up getting a little full! So in enters my dh and his dad and uncles for a beer, and after some not so intelligent conversations on my part I turn and tell off dh's dad, in front of everyone in the bar. ( he is not a man to tell off and I can be very opinionated, especially after drinks!) well, his dad thought that I was the cats a__s after that and told me that he liked me beause I was the only women to have ever stood up too him and told him what I thought of him! I left there feeling pretty embarrased and to my suprise, the next day my dh showed up at my work with a flower and told me that if I was strong enough and secure enough with myself to tell off his old man, he couldn't let me walk out of his life just like that and he had to get to know me better. And we have been together ever since! I ended up cancelling my return to Australia and moving out to that small town to live with him and have never left.Not a real romantic story, but we like it and I have a great relationship with my father in law now!! loL!! And he doesn't push me very far either!! he heee!!

Holy c___p Gabby! Go for the epidural my dear! That really is a sweet story MommaM. Sounds like fate. My husband sat behind me in World History cla__s when I was a junior in high school. I was friends with his friend, but didn't know him until then. I remember them walking in together the first day of school and thinking "Dang that is a goofy looking b___d, but d__n Jordan (my friend) sure is cute". Carl, my husband was always the goofy guy that everyone loved. He's still goofy, but he's not goofy looking anymore. I've always thought he was cute, but now he is super s_xy (he got buff because he is a custom floor installer, grew a beard, etc.) It's crazy to think that we've been together 9 and a half years (we've had a few separations in there, mind you), but all together 9 1/2 years.

my hubby and I went to college together - I had a friend Mark from high school that went to marist (our college) with me and mike (hubby) was his roommate. the 1st time we met I walked into their dorm room and saw mike's bare a__s as he was drying off from the shower. I was sooooo embara__sed! I had a major crush on him from there and we started flirting when we saw each other out. then one night we were playing beerpong (drinking game) and we got wasted and went out to a dance club and made out all night on the dance floor! cla__sy, I know. well, that was 9 years ago! married in sept 2005.

wow ladies these are some great stories.... I love hearing about ya'lls family and things... It makes the distance between us so much closer... So is anyone craving anything? I haven't yet really. But i am sure I will.... only 8 more days till we find out... I can't wait...

LOL Gabby!! At least you had a sneak peek at the goods!!! That is great!! We were married July 16, 2005 as well! Time sure is flying by!! I can't believe we are almost at 3 years under our belt for marriage!!

Hey at least you married the guy Gabby! :-) I still have a little under 3 weeks till I find out. I am so upset the baby is moving like he was yesterday, little bugger. I crave anything and everything Mommam. Some days it's mashed potatoes and biscuits, some days it's peanut b___ter and jelly sandwiches with cheetos, some days those things sound disgusting to me. What kinda music do ya'll listen to?
