yea...i caved and had a mcgriddle sandwich from micky d's today. Oh well. I was hoping the coffee would wake her up and maybe i could feel her move, but nope. i hope everything is okay. at least i heard her heartbeat this morning. I know how you feel about your loss. i actually have almost the same due date as my first pregnancy. i got pregnant within a week this time of the first time. its hard, but i think everything happens for a reason and try not to get sad. we both have miracles growing inside us and are halfway through and i cant wait until she's here!

wow eliz, you're good! I'm not drinking caffeine every day like I used to, but every other day probably I have something small. and I'm not counting the chocolate!! is it ok if I call you guys by your real names?? what are they by the way? haha, I know SB is Patti, ekay is Erin, kitkat is katie. I think that's all I know. I'm gabby, but really with an i :) I just had tomato soup from au bon pain, it was delish. do you guys have that chain around you??? it's yummy

That is truth. I am feeling better now about it, was just sad this morning. But I talked to her about it this morning on my drive in to the city for work and that made me feel better! Poor girl, she has to listen to all of my winging and complaining already!! :) Don't fret about the movement. Just keep reasuring your self with the heartbeat and it will all come!! Some days I don't feel her hardly at all and others she is very active. I can't yet feel any movements from the outside, as i don't think they are strong enough yet or the placenta is cushioning it too much. Your little stinker is just keeping mommy in suspense!! :)

Hey Gabbi! Absolutley you can call me by my name! We don't have that chain up here, but I can tell you that you have put Tomatoe Soup in my head now and I think I am going to have to have that for lunch!!! Mmmm yumm!! Any plans for you guys this weekend?? It is SUPPOSED to get up to +20 here - but I am am huge skeptic ( the warmest it ahs gotten so far is +10!!) so I will belive it when I see it!! If it does, I will be parking my transparent b___t outside on the patio all day and getting some sun!! :)

omg, that is soooooo funny! you think above 20 degrees is warm enough to sit outside? is this in fahrenheit??? I need it to be 70 degrees for me to spend extended periods of time outdoors!!! patti!!!!

we have my brother-in-laws fancy smanchy engagement party so I have to get all dressed up and wear heels and I'm dreading it! not to mention, we haven't seen a lot of mike's family since I started to show so I know everyone's going to make a fuss and I'm just not in a social mood lately. oh well, I gotta suck it up. tonight we have our annual date at home depot and then hot dogs and frozen yogurt at costco!! haha, no, I'm serious. it seems like every friday night we need to go to home depot to stock up for whatever work we're doing on the house over the weekend. and then on the way home we pa__s costco and they have the most delish hot dogs and frozen yogurt so we always stop and eat dinner. how romantic we are :) rest of the weekend we will be painting painting painting!!! I picked out the color for our living room - it needed to be very neutral b/c the living room is connected to the stairs which is connected to the upstairs hallway, so it's a big space. so I finally decided to pick this benjamin moore color - it's called mayonnaise!! I'm totally grossed out, I HATE mayonnaise! but I really like the color, oh well :)

So I had a hilarious dream last night... my friend is pregnant as well, she is 8 weeks behind me and in my dream we had our babies (mine was a girl in my dream, most of my dreams the baby is a girl, so maybe that is a sign) and we asked our husbands for a small girls night out and we over did it big time! We stayed out way tooo long, drank way tooo much and didn't have a care in the world! Pretty funny to me bc when I woke up this morning I called her and told her about the dream and she said, "oh I can't wait!" Me too! I love love love being pregnant, but Friday night was a stress relief when I could have a few gla__ses of wine or beers, and I still have the same stress if not more and have to find other ways to release (be a b___h to my husband, but I don't enjoy it and neither does he)! I just thought I would share! I had a nightmare about a hospital birth the night before. Have any of you seen the doc_mentary by Rikki Lake called the Business of Being Born? My husband and I watched it bc our birthing coach told us about it. We are using the Bradley Method for birth. Anyways, I had horrible nightmares after watching it and my husband asked me the next day if we could explore the option of a midwife a__sisted home birth instead of the hospital. We are seriously considering it now! I will keep you all updated as to what happens next. If you get the chance you can rent that movie through Netflix if you have it. It's about how doc's make more $ with c-sections and hospitals are so automated that you rarely get to keep your birth plan. Anyways, if you watch it let me know what you think.

Yea you can call me by my name. Its Beth. and yea, i know i can have some caffine, but i tend to overdo the "no-no's". I tell myself not to be so paranoid about the do's and dont's of pregnancy, but its hard. It is a nice 77 degrees here now. but i know this fabulous weather (not including the rage of multiple tornados and storms over the last few days in the Dallas area) is just a tease bc in a month the heat will be unbearable.

how bad is it to paint preggers? ive been dying to paint our formal living/dining room, but i heard its really bad to. is it an old wives tale?? ....i dont really trust tareq to do it himself! :)

well...I've been painting all along. we're renovating our entire house so there's so much painting to do and I couldn't just sit back and not help.
my doc said it wasn't the greatest choice, but if I was going to do it to make the room very ventilated. maybe wear a mask too if you can. I tried but it suffocates me and I can't breath with a mask on. I was hesitant at first about painting, but all my friends with babies painted while they were pregnant!

hi everyone, i haven't been avoiding but it won't let me log onto my home computer, but i could at school and here at my moms. i don't understand, cuz nothings changed on my commputer. idk. but i understand what all of you all are saying and ididn't want anyone to think i took offense. i really don't know what to do, i love him alot, and i don't want to leave him. i know we've both been stressed about money and things tho. i just don't know.

Oh Cnas you got logged on.. Good! :0) Gabbi, +20 is in celsius - I am not sure what that is in Farenhiet. But it is nice!! My dr said painting is alright as long as the room is well ventilated and you take breaks and get fresh air. ALso there are latex paints out there now that are really low odor whicha re bette. Check out Home depot and ask the paint guy, they should know. And yes - costco has amazing frozen yogurt!! Have a great weekend girls and talk to you all on Monday!! Look after those babes!! :)

Hi ladies, I just wanted to pop in and check on everyone!! My name is Leah, for anyone that wants to know. I'm glad to see that for the most part things are good. Cnasmom: you are in a tough spot. I couldn't imagine any husband doing that to their pregnant wife!! I know that no one is perfect, and all make mistakes. Please just keep in mind that if he's doing this in front of your children, it's sending them the message that this is okay to treat (or be treated) this way. I'm not trying to bash you or your husband, but I think that you as a family need at least counseling or something to that affect.

Oh, I took yesterday off work to be lazy around the house. My back was beginning to catch whenever I tried to stand up, and that on top of a headache just wasn't a recipe for working. Anyway, I was all vegged out in the recliner with my hands rubbing my belly b/c I felt the baby moving, AND I felt her kick me from the outside. I was so excited that most of my pain just went away. When we went to bed, I told dh that she was active again if he wanted to feel her move. He put his hand on my belly, but said he couldn't feel anything. I was like well c___p, will you at least put your head down there and see if you can hear her moving. He thought I was crazy, but he did it. At first, he was like there's lots of noises, how do I know it's her? And all of a sudden she kicked really hard. He was like what did you do?!?! I told him that wasn't me, but his daughter kicking for him. He said that she was already too much like me because she kicked him in the head. And, if she picks on him as bad as I do, he'll end up going to a crazy house. I couldn't help but laugh. Yesterday turned out to be a really good day for us!!

Hey everyone! I hate only having the internet on the weekends I miss it so much...I have to say cna I am so sorry for what you are going threw no matter how much you love someone you have to love yourself and you kids more and don’t let them be subject to that.. right now he is hitting you but who is to say as your kids get older and in his face that he won’t bloody them up too? I am so sorry for what you are dealing with and will think about you often and wish you the best... Ok Gabbi mayonnaise? uggg lol but I bet it is a nice color I just hate how they name some paint after stuff I wouldn’t want on a wall...I have been good today is officially 4 weeks till the wedding wow that went fast! well I don’t really have much to talk about hope you all have great weekends and get plenty of rest or lots done depending on what you are doing!
