It is totally normal. With our first I didn't feel anything discernable until 22 weeks, but with our second, I felt movement at 15 weeks. With first babies it typically takes longer, just because you don't really know what it feels like, so you b__w off a lot of movements as being nothing. With subsequent children you know what to look for, so you recognize it much earlier. Don't worry, everything is fine. Congratulations by the way. When is your due date?

hi kelly! you probably have an anterior placenta. all it is is the placenta being in front my your belly, so it sorta acts like a shock absorber. its very common. in fact i have one. i didnt start feeling flutters until 20 weeks. im now 22 weeks and definatly feel movement, but not consistantly. ask your doc if they made a note of it durring your ultra sound. just keep telling yourself, any day now... any day now!!! GL!!

I had little flutters start around 17 weeks. Around the 23rd week is when I really started to feel kicks. But it wasn't everday. Dr. rea__sured me this is normal. Everyone is different

kelly, i'm 17 weeks and feel little flutters but from what I've read some women don't feel movement until about your time so don't worry! everyone is different! Have you ever thought of investing in a doppler? I have one and it rea__sures me to listen to the baby's hb! you can always rent them too!
