Back Pressure When Walking

I have been having these pressures in my lower back when I walk for long periods of time.)well actual just walking in the mall and stuff). Is this normal? Is that suppose to be my pelvic bone? Somtimes it even hurts my butt bone when I sit down, is this the pelvic area?

I have also had terrible very low back pain that started a few months into my 2nd pregnancy while going for weekend walks. It got worse and worse until I finally had to stop walking as much as possible. As far as I've been able to determine from doctor's and the internet, this is normal. Particularly since this is my 2nd pregnancy and I am 38 years old. Once the pain has set in, I become bed-ridden for the remainder of the day and it is only until the morning that I feel OK again. If this is your first pregnancy, it could simply be the position of the baby and the uterous. Of course, I would check with your OB, but more than likely they'll say it is normal. As far as relief, it's been difficult to find. It feels best when I stand next to a table an lean over and spread my arms and legs apart about hip width and then tuck my pelvis under. It seems to stretch the afflicted area and provide temporary relief. 'Dromedary droops' are also affective, but difficult for me to perform at work since these involve getting on all fours. Best of luck and hang in there! The back pain you are feeling will more than likely go away after delivery.
