I have good news too. I am 14 weeks tomorrow and haven't had any bleeding in a week! I'm a little worried because I have a business trip planned for next week, but the Dr seems to think it will not be a problem, so off to Omaha I go. I rented one of the ultrasonic heart rate monitors ... it's absolutely awesome and very rea__suring!!

IT"S HERE! Today I go for my 18 wk Ultrasound! I can't wait to see what Im having. This baby better not be shy! I am 18wks 3dys - time sure flies. I will be 20 weeks the day before my 1 year wedding anniversary.
I have had no bleeding since about 2 weeks ago, which makes me fell soooo much better. I am a little nervous about the US, but I am sure all is fine. Wish me luck, and good luck to all of you. Prachi- are you scheduled for an US soon, Im not sure how they work it in India, but in Canada everyone usualy has an US at 18 wks.

Good luck to all of you!

Congrats Michelle for having Boy. My ultrasound is on 7th Oct. Here in India S_x determination is illegal so it would be surprise for me till the end. My bleeding too stopped 3 weeks back. I only had Brownish waterly discharge 2 weeks back and now it is slight yellowish discharge 2-3 times a week. Last week it was only once. Hope all my other friends are doing well and its going fine with them With all best wishes..

Congratulations Michelle!! And congratulations to both you and Prachi on the good news of things going to "normal". The spotting has stopped too, but I have the yellowish discharge fairly often! It gives me a lot of hope to hear that you guys made it to 20 weeks!! I am just over 14 weeks now and just counting the days until my next appt just so I know everything is good with the baby!

Tara- I know how you feel! It seems like just yesterday I was 14 weeks. It really is all a big waiting game isnt it! I will be 19wks on Sun and I can't beleive it!!!! Im sure all will go fine, and wish you and everyone the best of luck! My best tip - take it easy, and make your significant other or someone else do all the tough stuff!

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant, First pregnancy. Last night I woke up with a silver dollar sized blood stain in my underwear. After goin to the restroom a couple times there was no more blood and I still haven't seen any today. No cramps no nothing. Called my dr. and was told to go on bedrest and she made an appointment for me on monday. I am freaked out and scared. I just saw the baby on ultrasound at 10 weeks 6 days and was told the baby was growing good.....do you guys think I should be worried?? Thanks for any answers or advice.....

When I had my spotting the doctor told me that 30% of pregnancy's have some sort of spotting. I would take an easy, put your feet up and watch some movies or something. Try not to worry (I know much easier said than done) and stay positive! My husband kept telling me that until we knew for sure that something was wrong, act like everything is fine!! Let us know how the appt goes on Monday!

Kate, I had an aweful same experience today. I pa__sed a huge red clot this morning and rushed to the hospital. THey told me the cervex looked fine, and I had an emergency ultrasound and they couldn't find anything wrong with the placenta. I am as well baffled by the amount of blood that can come out and leave no trace of where it came from. I'm not taking any risks so I'm going to go on bed rest for a few days and no s_x ( just in case the cervix is where the blood is coming from). I hope it doesn't happen again for you either- it really is scary - my husband fainted on the bathroom floor this morning when I called him is the bathroom to look.

Hi all I can't tell you what an encouragement and an elightment you have all been today. I am in my 16th week of pregnancy and thusfar have had several episodes with and without clots (never w/ pain though) that I have experienced since about week 7 or 8. Most recently I have had bledding every 6 days and it's always bright red and they can never think of or find a reason this could be happening, which is extremely scary. I am praying, now not only for myself but for all of you on this site. It's helpful to know that I am not the only one this is happening to, it's just so scary. I am on "bedrest" meaning, I can go to work, come home and not move. At work I have also been limiting movement. I do have a question for you, has anyone experienced issues with being light-headed throughout all of this? Could I have lost to much blood/iron? Have a great day to all of you!

Hi guys, I have been traveling but things still seem to be good. I am 16 weeks now (I just can't wait to make it to the 20 week mark) and have another appt this afternoon. The doctors have finally decided that I am high risk ... ya think? Keep positive everyone :)
Marlo, did you tell you're dr you're light headed? It could be totally normal - especially if it is when you change position!!
