Hi Trisha....I had it BAD with my first child...the pain was esp. severe at nighttime. I picked up some hand splints at the drug store and wore them religiously to bed every night which really helped alot. Also, hand ma__sage works (temporary--but feels so good) so my friends or significant other would put hand cream all over my hands and wrists and rub away for about 10-15 minutes a day. How far along are you? I haven't experienced any symptoms yet this pregnancy..I'll be 22 weeks. Hope this helps ease some of your pain :(

Get a ma__sage from someone certified in Neuromuscular Therapy. When your b___sts get heavier and your belly gets heavier, your body is pulled forward. The pec muscles trap the brachial plexus nerve causing carpel tunnel pain in your wrist. A series of ma__sages to your pec muscles will help relieve the pain. Good luck
